Bino: Tell me something about yourself.
Hello! I am a freelance illustrator and graphic designer by day and a professional procrastinator the rest of the day.

Bino: Kelan at paano ka nagsimulang magblog?
I starter blogging (again) when I got bored at work last 2010. Most of the time kasi walang ginagawa inside the office, so I thought off creating a blog just to amuse myself during down time. But, technically, I have been blogging on and off since highschool, jumping from one platform to another.

Bino: Bakit mo naisipang pasukin ang mundo ng blogging?
Nag-umpisa kasi ako with a personal blog cause back then, I didn’t know much about niche blogging. Like I said previously, I was bored at work and I would usually read my favorite blogs in the office. So after a while, naisip ko na mag-blog ulit just so I can keep myself busy. Basically, my main reason for blogging is to just amuse myself and update my friends with what’s going on in my life.

Bino: Kaunting kaalaman kung paano nagsimula ang iyong blog.
I bought my own domain and then designed my own theme for Wordpress. Then I just started writing about the most random things.

Bino: Sino ang iyong inspirasyon o hinahangaan sa bloggging? Ipaliwanag
In terms of blogging in general, I was a big fan of Ozzyboy.com because of his humor. Locally, I’ve only been reading Adaphobic and some of the popular blogs.

Bino: Kung may hinahangaan kang blogero, mayroon ka ba namang kinaiinisan? Bakit o ano ang dahilan?
Meron. Hahahahaha. I don’t wanna get into detail, but there have been a few bloggers that I’ve met in person na hindi ko gusto ang ugali. But it’s more on clashing personalities since we can’t get along with everyone. Yung seryosong inis, wala naman.

Bino: Ano ang pinakamagandang karanasan mo sa daigdig ng blogging?
The people that I meet! Sobrang nag-iba ang social life ko because of them. Being a freelancer, I spend most days alone at home working and it’s challenging to ask my friends out because they’re all busy at work. So when I had more blogger friends, madali na mag-aya ng mga kasama.

Also, there have been a lot of opportunities that I know I wouldn’t have experienced if I wasn’t a blogger, most especially the free/sponsored trips that I get because of it and being invited to events.

Bino: Ano naman ang hindi magandang karanasan mo dito? Paano mo ito nalampasan?
I don’t really have any bad experiences with blogging. There were some moments na hindi ko alam kung ano isusulat, but other than that okay naman.

Bino: Dumating na ba sa punto na tinamad ka na magblog? ipaliwanag.
Yup. I think lahat naman dumaan sa ganito. Sometimes one’s personal life/problems will get in the way and you’ll find yourself not in any mood to blog. There are days when you don’t care if your blog is not updated for weeks, minsan kasi parang ang effort na masyado. Hahaha.


Bino: Ano ang nagbago sa buhay mo dulot ng blogging?
I get invited to a lot of events. Although I don’t really attend most of them kasi hindi naman related sa niche ng blog ko. I also got to met new people and minsan may mga nakaka-recognize sakin sa labas. Haba ng hair. Hahahaha.

Bino: Ano ang maipapayo mo sa mga kapwa blogero na nagsisimula pa lang sa ganitong larangan ganundin sa mga gustong gumawa ng blog?
Kelangan alam mo talaga ang motive mo to blog. Some are in it to earn and it’s very challenging to start earning from it. It took me more than a year before I started earning cash from my blog. If you’re in it for money, mahihirapan ka. I’m blogging because I want to and I think it’s fun, dumating lang yung time that my friends suggested I start putting up ads to gain passive income. But basically, just keep writing about what you’re passionate about because the readers will know if you’re talking bull.

Bino: Ano ang masasabi mo sa Filipino Bloggers? Paano mo sila maikukumpara sa bloggers sa ibang lahi?
I don’t read a lot of foreign blogs so I don’t have much point of comparison.

Bino: I-describe ang iyong blog gamit ang sampung salita lamang.
A blog to express, expose and inspire creativity to Filipinos.

Bino: Kung meron ka’ng gusto’ng pasalamatan, eto na ang iyong pagkakataon:
Salamat sa mga nagging blogger friends ko. They keep inspiring me to write and explore a lot of possibilities through blogging. Also, to my parents na hindi na masyadong nagtanong kung ano ang blogging at pinabayaan na lang ako na mag-blog dahil sabi ko pwede akong mag-earn ditto. Hahaha.
